Logica appoints Bite Communications to support business transformation

Logica has appointed Bite Communications to handle its UK PR and elevate its profile across the communications channels. The account was awarded following a five-way pitch and is the first for the combined Bite and Inferno team.

The brief is to deliver a campaign which capitalises on the success of Logica’s transformation programme. Progress to date has already seen Logica build a strong sales culture which unites all aspects of its business – vertical markets, horizontal services and its high-growth areas.

Bite Communications Enhances Social Media Expertise, Strengthens Nordics Presence with Acquisition of Aim PR

Bite Communications announced today that it has acquired Swedish PR agency Aim PR. Under the terms of the agreement, clients and employees within Aim PR will be transferred to Bite, effective immediately.

The acquisition will see two employees and a number of international clients incorporated into Bite. It is intended to enhance Bite Communications’ ability to deliver innovative word-of-mouth and social media communications campaigns.
