Account Manager
Currently we are seeking two Account Managers to join our San Francisco and New York offices to help lead top-notch account teams and to inspire communications programs to help our clients meet their business objectives. We are looking for someone with at least 4-6 years of high-tech public relations experience (agency preferred), passion for creative PR, successful track record of managing and developing teams and great media contacts.
Senior Account Executive
We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join us in our San Francisco office. Senior Account Executives serve as the point person on tactical public relations activities. Their responsibilities may include writing assignments, media relations, managing event and tour logistics, and other various client projects. We are looking for someone with at least 2-4 years of high-tech public relations experience, media relations experience required, strong writing skills and proven client management and planning experience.
Account Executive
We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our San Francisco office to work on a few top notch accounts. We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of tech public relations experience, media relations experience, strong writing skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
Intern
We are currently seeking interns to join us in our San Francisco office. During this 3-month paid internship, you’ll join a team of top-notch public relations professionals and assist in event and tour logistics, production and distribution of collateral, management of client databases, and general administrative support. This position will give you great exposure to a communications career in the technology arena. We are looking for a recent graduate with an interest in the technology industry and basic understanding of news media. Relevant internship experience is a plus.

Practice Head – Consumer
The Practice Head will be an experienced PR practitioner at Associate Director level who will have the responsibility to own and run the Consumer team. The Consumer Practice Head will be expected to report against key business metrics such as ensuring retainer fees are met and exceeded, new business targets are achieved, an appropriate and well structured team is in place to meet client expectations and their teams are set clear career paths, with support provided in the form of training and incentive programmes.
Account Director – B2B
We are looking for an Account Director with experience of working with clients that run programmes targeting business audiences, preferably (although not exclusively) in the technology field. You will be a first class day-to-day PR practitioner, who also excels in the planning and development of communications strategy at both a local and international level. You use your detailed knowledge of the business media landscape to drive compelling and innovative campaigns. The Account Director role will also allow you to take a lead role in developing existing accounts further as well as working with the Practice Heads and Heads of Business on new business opportunuties.
Senior Account Manager – Consumer
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with previous experience within the consumer technology, media and entertainment field. Your previous experience managing accounts and your media expertise will allow you to provide consultancy to your clients. You will be fluent in a range of digital PR techniques as well as having developed strong writing skills to cover plans, briefs, press releases and opinion articles. Your organizational and project management skills, whether managing campaigns or organising press trips, are second to none. Line management experience is also key, as the SAM will have a big role to play in developing the junior members of the team.
Programme Manager (AM level) – International
This role, central to the International team, oversees day-to-day coordination and account delivery across core International accounts. The Programme Manager will also maintain and grow key relationships with partner agencies, agency networks, in-house PR teams and marketing contacts. In addition to this, they will proactively support the planning of international campaigns across all their accounts which will include attending and contributing to brainstorms, supporting the development of plans and consulting on the international media landscape.
B2B Head of Business
The Head of Business (B2B) will sit within the Associate Director peer group and will report into the Business and Corporate Practice Head. As a Head of Business at Bite, the Head of B2B will be recognised as operational owner of their line of business. The B2B business strand is focused on driving proactive communications targeting a business audience, with particular emphasis on storytelling around business issues (enterprise and SMEs) across both on and offline channels.
Previous B2B tech experience needed at Associate Director level. Will be predominately be working on the Microsoft account.
IT Manager EMEA
IT Manager, EMEA has a wide-ranging role involving all aspects of systems admin and IT management, reporting to VP Global IT who is based in San Francisco. The IT Manager, EMEA will be supported by a Helpdesk Assistant.
Primarily responsible for hands-on tech support and IT management of Bite’s London office, the IT Manager EMEA will develop programs and systems to ensure that IT systems at Bite remain stable, secure and available across Bite’s EMEA network. This role demands a strong team player who is passionate about IT and who will work as part of a wider team ensuring operational excellence.

Senior Account Director/Associate Director, Hong Kong
Our Hong Kong office is looking for a senior account director/associate director to head up important APAC regional client relationships including HTC, Trend Micro and Skype while also looking to play an important role in business development pitches. Technology experience will be important and corporate and/or financial experience will be viewed as a plus. 5-10 yrs experience required depending on seniority. Native English speaker; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not essential.
Salary range: US$4k-9k per month (approx, depending on position)
Associate Director/Director, Singapore
An Associate Director/Director is needed in our Singapore office. This individual will lead important client teams including Siemens PLM, Trend Micro, VP Bank and SWIFT while playing an important role in business development pitches. Experience in technology communications and corporate and/or financial are important. 7-10 yrs experience, depending on seniority. Native English speaker.
Salary US$5k-8k per month (approx, depending on position)
New Business Consultant, Beijing
Our Beijing office is looking for a highly energetic person who can help drive Bite China’s connections with the rest of Bite’s network throughout APAC and globally and assure that our new business and client presentations are world class as well as right for China. Native English speaker, with Chinese (Mandarin) a significant plus, but not essential.
Salary: US$4k-6k per month (approx, depending on position)
Digital Consultant, Beijing
The office is also looking for a Beijing-based digital marketing/social media lead who can drive the team’s capabilities and client projects throughout China and indeed across the wider APAC region. Native English speaker, with Chinese (Mandarin) a significant plus, but not essential.
