Bite opened its first North American office in San Francisco in 1999. Being the new kid on the block is tough in any climate, but entering Silicon Valley as a technology communications consultancy at the beginning of an economic bust required a real ‘blood and guts’ approach. The small team met the challenge head on, and it wasn’t long before we started to make our presence felt in the Bay Area and beyond. In 2003 Bite acquired Applied Communications, which was quickly followed by several high profile account wins including Sun Microsystems and AMD.

Today, we have grown to approximately 65 employees in North America working out of three hub offices in New York, San Francisco and Toronto. Our impressive list of B2B and B2C clients include AMD, HP, Parallels, Sybase and Vonage, to name a few. Our North American consultants are motivated to use their expertise to achieve great results. In practical terms this means providing a range of services that go above and beyond ‘traditional’ PR. From media and analyst relations, through to influencer campaigns, social media communications and online services, Bite offers innovative solutions to a myriad of communications challenges.
